The hinged lid opens to reveal a 350ml trash bin and 200ml tank of water. The water tank will empty itself and the bin is auto-filling.
The only downside I've found with this model is that the VibraRise mop pad mount isn't movable. While you can swap out the mopping cloth (if needed) but it's a challenge to remove the mount to wash manually. I've noticed that any carpet that the robot touches will be in contact with the rough Velcro like fastener system on mounts, which can cause scratches.
The S8 Pro Ultra is equipped with a range of smart features that include support for Google Home and Amazon Alexa. You can configure and manage these via the Roborock app which is also home to its maps and advanced mopping settings. The app lets you plan cleanings and monitor the battery's lifespan. However, you'll have to go through a few hurdles to enable voice control with this model which is unfortunate considering the quality of its performance.
3. Dreame X40
